The Plissé latch is a new item being offered by Screen Solutions Inc for the Plissé retractable screen.  It is a small piece of extruded aluminum, powder coated to match your screen, with a simple metal hook that you can hook over your Plissé handle.  You can use the latch to keep the Plissé screen securely in place for added security when in use.  But it doesn't need to be latched at all time so you don't have to worry about locking yourself out.  Many customers find it helpful for keeping children from opening the screen and exiting their home alone.  It is especially nice for this use because you decide at installation how high you want to install it.  

The latch in the product picture is shown in Desert Sand but your latch will come to match the color you choose for your Plissé screen.
